TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of swivel office chairs for the Tax Administration Chamber in Kraków The subject of the contract is the supply of assembled, brand-new, ready for use, free from technical defects swivel office chairs in the quantity of 380 pcs for the Tax Administration Chamber in Kraków. The delivery includes transport, unloading, carrying-in and placement in rooms located in facilities indicated by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the schedule constituting Appendix No 2 to the Draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No 2 to the SWZ). NOTE: The subject matter of the contract will be carried out in operational facilities. The Contractor is obliged to perform its activities under the concluded contract in a manner that will not excessively hinder the work of persons staying in the Contracting Authority’s buildings. 2.
