TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of ergonomic chairs for employees of the Municipal Office in Wałbrzych. The scope of the contract includes: - delivery of 200 pcs of brand-new ergonomic chairs for the needs of the Municipal Office in Wałbrzych to the Purchaser’s registered office (Plac Magistracki 1, Wałbrzych), - unloading of 200 pcs of brand-new ergonomic chairs, - installation of 100 pcs of ergonomic chairs (for the remaining 100 pcs, providing installation instructions), - removal and disposal of all transport packaging (in particular cartons and foil) remaining after the installation of 100 pcs of ergonomic chairs. 2. The subject matter of the contract is described in detail by the draft contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and by the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft contract. 1.
