Delivery of portable chairs for blood collection. 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of portable chairs for blood collection.2. A detailed description of the delivery that is the subject of this procedure is contained in the “Assortment and Price Sheet,” which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. This description should be read together with amendments to the content of the SWZ, for example as a result of answers granted to requests from contractors.3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract under the rules and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.4. The recipients of the subject matter of the contract have been specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the draft contract.
