TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of promotional gadgets – Science Night The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 1. The offered products must comply with the requirements specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract as well as with reference images showing the expected appearance and character of the ordered products. 2. Product labelling must be carried out using precise technology, enabling the correct reproduction of fine pattern elements and ensuring durability and resistance to wear and smudging – in accordance with Appendix 2a to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is required to execute the contract by delivering the entire batch of the ordered products in a single delivery. The cost of delivering the entire batch of products to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority must be included in the price of the offer. 4. The Contractor is required to deliver the entire subject of the contract no later than 7 October 2026.
