The subject of the contract is the supply of medical gases together with the lease of cylinders. The contract consists of 2 parts: Part 1 – supply: - medical oxygen in cylinders (medicinal product), - nitrous oxide in cylinders (medicinal product), - a mixture of 50% nitrous oxide and 50% medical oxygen in cylinders (medicinal product), - carbon dioxide for laparoscopy in cylinders (medical device), - liquid nitrogen for cryotherapy (medical device), - medical oxygen together with transport in tankers to the Registered Office of the Contracting Authority (medicinal product) Part 2 – lease of cylinders for: - medical oxygen - nitrous oxide - a 50% nitrous oxide and 50% medical oxygen mixture - carbon dioxide and dosing valves.
