TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is a comprehensive supply including the sale and distribution of gaseous fuel to facilities managed by the 33rd BLTr in Powidz. The total estimated volume will be approximately 47,762,248.00 [kWh]. The gaseous fuel will be used for feeding gas boiler houses. 2. Quality standards: high-methane gas of group E must meet the quality standards appropriate for gas of this group, specified in Chapter 8 – Quality parameters of gaseous fuels, quality standards of services, recipients and the method of handling complaints (§38 – 44) of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2 July 2010 on detailed conditions for the functioning of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1059, as amended). The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders. Each Contractor may submit only one tender.
