TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a high-voltage generator for the powder X-ray diffractometer Malvern Panalytical X'Pert Pro owned by the Contracting Authority for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, on the terms and to the extent specified in the draft contract, in the annexes to the draft contract and in the SWZ. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of performance is provided by the draft contract together with its annexes (including a detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract), which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. Warranty period for the entire equipment: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol. 1.
