TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: “Supply of 99Mo/99mTc generators, ready-to-use radiopharmaceuticals, and 99mTc labelling kits for the needs of the Clinic/Ward of the Nuclear Medicine Department, SP ZOZ CSK UM in Łódź”. 2. A detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract are set out in Annex No 2 and Annex No 2A – Description of the subject matter of the contract, table 1A and 1B, to the Terms of Contract (Specification of Contract Conditions). 3. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into individual parts and allows the submission of partial bids – Packages: No 1–No 10 described in detail in Annex No 2 and Annex No 2A. 4. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial bids. The Contractor may submit an offer for any number of packages (parts). 5.
