TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of an ultrasonic homogeniser, hereinafter referred to as “the equipment”, for the Department of Biomaterials and Medical Physics of the University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 38436700-7 (ultrasonic shredders). 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the description of the subject matter of the contract – Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. Place of delivery of the equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, Institute of Experimental Physics, Department of Biomaterials and Medical Physics, ul. Kładki 24, 80-822 Gdańsk, room 63. 5. The Contracting Authority requires the manufacturer’s warranty for the equipment for a period of 24 months. Details regarding the warranty are provided in § 7 of the draft agreement – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 1.
