TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply and installation of 4 units of stationary power generators: 1. The Contractor shall deliver and install the equipment at the following facilities: 1 unit at the Zespół Szkolno–Przedszkolny (School and Nursery Complex) in Ujanowice, Ujanowice 55, 34-603 Ujanowice, 1 unit at the OSP Fire Station Building in Laskowa, Laskowa 700, 34-602 Laskowa, 1 unit at the OSP Fire Station Building in Ujanowice, Ujano-wice 180, 34-603 Ujanowice, 1 unit at the water treatment plant, Laskowa 34-602 Laskowa, cadastral plot no. 608/54. 2. The generators shall be brand new, complete, free from material and construction defects, of an appropriate standard, both in terms of quality and functionality; they shall have all certifications or equivalent documents required by law, shall be free from physical and legal defects and unencumbered by rights of third parties and liabilities to the State Treasury arising from their import into the Polish customs territory. 3.
