TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply and installation of a power generator set for the Municipal Police of the City of Kraków 1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of a power generator set with the necessary equipment for proper operation and in accordance with the scope set out in: Technical documentation constituting Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as “the subject of the contract” or “the generator set”, on terms consistent with the procurement documents. 2. The Contractor, as part of the subject of the contract referred to in point 1, shall perform the installation of the power generator set, within the scope specified in: a) Technical documentation; b) The Contractor’s tender dated ……………; c) the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 3. The subject of the contract shall be carried out using materials supplied by the Contractor. The parties understand “materials” to mean construction materials, equipment and fittings referred to in the technical documentation that are necessary to carry out the subject of the contract. 4.
