Supply and installation of a power generator set 1. The subject of the contract is "Supply and installation of a power generator set".2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes: delivery, installation and commissioning of the power generator set for a single building of the public Primary School No. 5 in Kluczbork at Konopnickiej 17 Street. A detailed description of the contract is provided in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.3. In order to confirm that the supplies offered comply with the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract, the Economic Operator submitting an offer is required to submit together with the offer: -catalogue cards for the power generator set including technical data -EC declaration of conformity of the complete generator set confirming that the generator set meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (98/37/EC). The documents must be attached in the Polish language.4. The minimum warranty period for the entire subject matter of the contract required by the Contracting Authority is 24 months.
