TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: Design, supply, installation and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation along with the necessary documentation at Public Kindergarten No. 24 at ul. Aleksandra Fredry 15 in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, with the following parameters: - photovoltaic generator capacity 19.8 kWp (micro-installation within the meaning of the Renewable Energy Sources Act) - electrical energy storage system (MEE) with minimum power of 10 kW and minimum usable capacity of 20 kWh. The photovoltaic installation will be connected to the building’s internal electrical installation. The electrical energy generated in the micro-installation will be used on an ongoing basis, whereas the part of the energy not used at the time of production will be transmitted first to the electrical energy storage system, and after it has been charged, transmitted to the grid and settled in accordance with the sale price of electrical energy from photovoltaics (a monthly Market Energy Price rate — settled according to net billing principles).
