TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: Designing, supplying, installing, and commissioning a photovoltaic installation together with the necessary documentation at Public Kindergarten No. 24 at ul. Aleksandra Fredry 15 in Jastrzębie-Zdrój with the following parameters: - power of the photovoltaic generator 19.8 kWp (a micro-installation within the meaning of the Act on Renewable Energy Sources) - an electrical energy storage system MEE with a minimum power of 10 kW and a minimum usable capacity of 20 kWh. The photovoltaic installation will be connected to the building’s internal electrical installation. The electrical energy generated by the micro-installation will be used on an ongoing basis, whereas the portion of energy not used at the time of generation will, first, be sent to the electrical energy storage system, and after it has been charged, it will be sent to the grid and settled in accordance with the selling price of electrical energy from photovoltaics (the monthly Market Energy Price rate—settled under net-billing principles).
