TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of furniture for the Contracting Authority described in detail in Appendices No 4.1 - 4.2 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ).2. The contract has been divided into 2 parts and will be carried out in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) for each part. The detailed scope of the Contractor’s obligations is specified in the essential contractual provisions/ draft agreement constituting Appendix No 5 to the SWZ.3. The contract has been divided into 2 parts:Part 1 - student zone – club 1.
