TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply and installation of central heating boilers together with associated equipment The subject of the contract is to provide a service consisting in dismantling existing central heating boilers together with the associated equipment and supplying and installing a new heat source. The Contractor is obliged to independently select the boiler power so as to ensure proper operation of the heating installation. The replacement results from an incorrect selection of the power of the device installed in the previous year, which leads to improper operation of the heating installation. The Contracting Authority will make available for inspection the expert opinion it has regarding power selection; however, it is the Contractor who bears responsibility for the final determination of the parameters of the new devices. The Contractor is required to provide the Contracting Authority with a detailed technical specification of the selected device and must obtain written confirmation of the Contracting Authority’s acceptance of the proposed boiler model and its power. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the OPZ to the SWZ.
