TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the implementation of the contract, the Contracting Authority requires the execution of a system ensuring at least: • map view in real time of the entire maintenance base (sidings for parking tracks and tracks in the repair hall) together with a synoptic layout diagram of the rail yard area; • presentation on the synoptic map of information about vehicles, including, in particular: the exact location where the vehicle is placed/parked, information on malfunctions, planned inspection and repair works, planned operational work, brake tests, technical inspections, cleaning, etc.; • presentation of the planned activities together with planning of the track occupancy time in the repair hall and any deviations from the plan; • scheduling of occupancy of the parking tracks based on the planned operational work for the vehicles available for running; • scheduling of occupancy of tracks in the repair hall; • control of track occupancy depending on the track length in the staging/deposit group and taking into account both the track lengths and the vehicle lengths when automatically planning track occupancy; • signalling improper positioning of a vehicle on a given track; •…
