TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the scope of the order, the Contracting Authority requires the implementation of a system ensuring at least: • real-time map view of the entire maintenance base (parking tracks and tracks in the repair hall) along with a synoptic schematic of the siding area; • presentation on the synoptic map of information about vehicles concerning, among others: the exact place of vehicle placement, information about faults, planned inspection and repair works, planned operational work, brake tests, technical inspections, cleaning, etc.; • presentation of planned tasks along with planning the track occupancy time in the repair hall and any deviations from the plan; • scheduling of parking track occupancy based on planned operational work for vehicles available for driving; • scheduling of track occupancy in the repair hall; • control of track occupancy depending on the length of the track in the parking group and taking into account both the lengths of tracks and the lengths of vehicles in automatic planning of track occupancy; • signaling of incorrect vehicle positioning on a given track; • analysis of the rolling stock situation and verification of changes in the assignment of…
