TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of factory-new devices, manufactured no earlier than in 2026, used by the Border Guard and airports to ensure security in restricted areas and support the border check process. Within an integrated security system, cameras cooperate with access control systems and biometric identity verification during border crossing. EES is a new European border management system enabling the registration of citizens of countries outside the EU who are travelling for a short stay in the EU, each time they cross the external borders of 29 European countries. The camera is used to take a facial photo at the first border crossing, and at subsequent crossings it relies on scanning the face and, together with the obtained fingerprints and documents, enables the confirmation of the passenger’s identity. These data are permanently stored in the system. 2.
