TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of equipment and works related to site development at a playground located by the Primary School No. 19 building, at Urocza 4 Street in Elbląg 2. The scope of the contract includes the following works: 1) Dismantling and disposal of existing equipment and surfacing, 2) Delivery and installation of equipment at the playground: a) playground equipment: - linarium – 1 unit. - carousel – 1 unit. - spring rocker – 1 unit. - multifunctional set – 1 unit. - set – rocking animals – 1 unit. - multi-user swing – 1 unit. b) small architecture elements: - bench with backrest – 2 units. - waste bin – 1 unit. - notice board with rules for use – 1 pc. 3) Construction of a safe seamless EPDM surface on the playground area in accordance with the design documentation and the requirements of the equipment manufacturer regarding fall safety. 4) Installation of lighting for the playground, 5) Installation of monitoring for the playground, 6) Finishing and tidying-up works after completion of the works – levelling of the area, clearing away, tidying up the site, lawn restoration in places where the…
