“Supply and installation of a food service lift in the Warsaw chamber of the Wieliczka Salt Mine” 1. Subject of the contract. 1.1. The subject of the contract is to design, supply, install, commission a food service lift — a special transport device — in the eastern part of the Warsaw chamber at level II mpoz. Kazanów of the Wieliczka Salt Mine, as well as to provide lift service. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No 2 to the specification. 2. Scope of the subject of the contract As part of performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is required to: 1) develop a multi-industry executive design, hereinafter referred to as the “executive design”, in the electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering fields, together with the technology for installation execution, its coordination with the Purchaser’s services, and obtaining approval from the Head of Operations of the Mining Plant of the Wieliczka Salt Mine (KRZG), 2) coordinate the executive design with an expert for the operation of the mining plant of group X and obtain a positive opinion for the executive design from a sanitary and hygienic expert, 3) manufacture…
