TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply and installation of a passenger lift The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of a passenger lift. A detailed description and scope of the subject matter of the contract are set out in the contract template constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ together with Annex No 1 and 2 to the contract. If the subject matter of the contract covers or may cover an ICT product, an ICT service or an ICT process, the Contractor is required to offer only such ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes which, as at the date of submission of tenders: 1) are not indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cyber security system, stating their negative impact on the State’s fundamental security interest; and 2) do not include an ICT product the type of which has been specified in the decision on recognising a supplier as a supplier of high risk, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cyber security system, nor an ICT service or an ICT process specified in that decision.
