TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of equipment for the CONRADINUM Maritime and Technical Schools in Gdańsk, at ul. Piramowicza, under the programme Gdańsk a City of Skilled Professionals – stage II – Part B. 2. The subject matter of the contract covers: Part No. I: Supply of specialist furniture equipment. 3. The scope of the contract includes the delivery and installation of equipment for the CONRADINUM Maritime and Technical Schools in Gdańsk. The delivered items must be brand new, unused, free from defects and complete. 4. The required technical parameters of the movable equipment that is the subject of the contract and the quantitative requirements are specified in Appendix No. 1a to the OPZ. 5. The detailed scope of the contract and the conditions for performance are specified in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. Other conditions for performance of the contract are specified in the Contract provisions designed for the public contract, constituting Appendix No. 8.1 to the SWZ. 6.
