1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of equipment for the Maritime Schools Complex in Gdańsk at Wyzwolenia Street, under the Gdańsk City of Professionals program - stage II - part B - Delivery and installation of navigation simulator expansion elements. 2. The scope of the contract includes the delivery and installation of equipment for the Maritime Schools Complex in Gdańsk. The subject of delivery shall be brand new, unused, free from defects, and complete. 3. The required technical parameters of the movable equipment subject to the contract and quantity requirements are specified in Annex No. 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). 4. The detailed scope of the contract and the terms of execution are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 7 to the Terms of the Contract (SWZ).
