The Ordering Party, acting on the basis of Article 4(3) in conjunction with Article 4(4) of the Act on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs, states that the Contractor is required to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with applicable provisions of construction law, technical and construction standards, and the rules of technical knowledge, in particular taking into account the rules of universal design, in such a way that after completion of the contract the subject will include the necessary conditions for using it by persons with special needs referred to in the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for persons with special needs.
