TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply and installation of equipment as part of an investment project entitled "Establishment of a Children's Club at the Primary School in the town of Soczewka, Nowy Duninów municipality" 1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of equipment for the building indicated by the Contracting Authority, together with the provision of a warranty. 2. The detailed list of equipment is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (OPZ), which will be introduced as an appendix to the contract for the public procurement. 3. The supply and installation shall be carried out at the Contractor’s cost and risk, taking into account all costs and fees related to such supply and installation, on the terms specified in the contract template. 4. The delivery under the contract shall take place on working days which are also working days of the Contracting Authority, from 7:00 to 15:00. By working days, the Contracting Authority means days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays that are legally non-working days. 5.
