TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity to the electricity offtake points of the Zakład Komunalny Sp. z o.o. company in Opole, during the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, and the repurchase of all electricity surpluses generated in the Company’s RES installations and fed into the DSO network. A detailed list and characteristics of the electricity offtake points are set out in Appendix No. 1.2 to the SWZ—List of PPE points and consumption forecast for 2027. 2. The projected electricity demand at facilities managed by Zakład Komunalny Sp. z o.o. in Opole was established for the duration of the contract at 2532.761 MWh. A detailed breakdown of consumption for individual offtake points in different tariffs and time zones is provided in Appendix No. 1.2 to the SWZ. This is an indicative value determined on the basis of actual data for the preceding 12 months. The estimate of expected electricity consumption constitutes an element used only to determine the contract value and does not constitute an obligation on the Contracting Authority to purchase electricity in the quantities specified.
