TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply in the form of an operating lease with an option to purchase a factory-new vehicle (garbage truck) for collecting municipal waste with a two-compartment body 2. An operating lease agreement may be concluded on the standard contract template used by the Contractor, subject to the following provisions included in the wording of the agreement or attached in the form of an annex to the agreement: a) lease term 5 years – 60 equal lease instalments, calculated from the date on which the Contractor delivers the vehicle to the Contracting Authority for use, b) initial payment – 40% of the gross value of the vehicle; c) an option to purchase the vehicle for 10% of the vehicle’s initial gross value, provided that all amounts due arising from the operating lease agreement are paid; d) lease instalments with a fixed and unchanging interest rate during the term of the lease agreement, payable once per month on the basis of invoices issued; 1.
