TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (PE), to the facilities, buildings and their infrastructure of the Medical University of Gdańsk (GUMed), and the purchase by the Contractor from the Ordering Party of electricity generated in installations of renewable energy sources (OZE) (photovoltaic installations) and fed into the OSD grid, for which the Ordering Party currently has the status of a customer generating electricity and, pursuant to the legal titles held by the Ordering Party. This contract does not include electricity distribution services. Under the contract, the Contractor is required to prepare and provide the Ordering Party with quarterly reports on electricity consumption.
