TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and commissioning of a drum compost screener at the Municipal Installation of the Municipal Services Enterprise in Lipno Sp. z o. o. The scope of the contract includes delivering the drum compost screener, starting it up, and training the employees in how to operate it at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority within the Plant. The screener may not be a prototype; delivery of a factory-new machine is required; year of production: 2026. 2. The Detailed Description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. 3. The Contractor shall ensure: 1) The supplier guarantees that the equipment that is the subject of the contract is free from design, material, workmanship and legal defects; 2) On the day of acceptance of the subject equipment, the supplier shall provide the Contracting Authority with documents specifying the terms for warranty and post-warranty servicing. 3) Acceptance of the machine at the Contracting Authority’s registered office.
