TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is delivery: Part 1: IT terminal laboratory. 2. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids. The Contractor may submit a bid for one, several or all separated parts of the contract (Parts 1 to 3). The Contracting Authority does not limit the maximum number of parts that may be awarded to the same Contractor. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ - Assortment-and-Price Form. 4. The subject of the contract must be brand new, complete (with all accessories, fittings, cables required for its use), ready for use, free from technical and quality defects, and must meet the requirements of applicable standards and provisions of law. 5. The Contractor shall deliver the Subject of the contract together with: 1) warranty cards; 2) operating instructions and technical documentation of the offered equipment in the Polish language; 3) documents specifying the rules for providing services by an authorised service provider during the warranty and post-warranty period. 6.
