TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Contract is the supply and then implementation of the HR and payroll System in the State Water Holding Polish Waters (Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie), together with Data Migration and Post-implementation Assistance, as well as the provision of a Maintenance Service and a Modification Service carried out under the right of option, in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the Description of the subject matter of the Contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ) and the Contract (Annex No. 10 to the SWZ). The Contracting Authority provides for the following stages of contract performance: Stage 0 – Project Preparation, Stage 1 – Analysis, Stage 2 – System Build, Stage 3 – Training, Stage 4 – Production Start, Stage 5 – Post-implementation Assistance, Stage 6 – Maintenance Service.
