TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of a comprehensive court registry and office system (hereinafter referred to as the System), together with data migration from the currently operated court registry and office system to the System, as well as one-year IT support and conducting training for employees of the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk and the Regional Court in Bydgoszcz. 2. In particular, the scope of the contract includes: 1) the delivery of the System and its implementation, and the performance of data migration from the currently operated court registry and office system SAWA to the System; 2) granting an open, non-exclusive, perpetual Licence without a limit on the number of positions for the modules of the System described in the OPZ; 3) conducting training on the operation of the System, in accordance with the requirements specified in the procurement documents; 4) providing an IT maintenance service related to the System for a period of 12 months from the date of implementation of the System - for the benefit of the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk and the Regional Court in Bydgoszcz. 3.
