TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply and implementation of a remote water meter reading system together with the necessary infrastructure and software, as well as its integration with the existing systems of the Contracting Authority, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority No. FEPK.01 “Competitive and Digital Economy” of the regional programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Podkarpacia 2021-2027, project title “Cyfryzacja Gminy Zarzecze” No. FEPK.01.02-IZ.00-0091/23. The subject of the contract includes the replacement of water meters with new ones equipped with devices for remote reading. The subject of the contract comprises: - delivery of communication-and-measurement sets and communication infrastructure for reading them using an open standard (OMS and LoRaWAN), - implementation of a platform for managing measurement data, - integration with the Contracting Authority’s systems, - commissioning of the system.
