TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of needles for cryoablation of kidney tumours together with the loan of a console for the current needs of the University Clinical Hospital named after Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszów. 2. A detailed description of the items covered by the contract, the estimated quantity and technical, functional and quality requirements are set out in: the Price Form – Offer (Appendix No 1 to the SWZ), the Description of the subject of the contract – a Summary of the parameters required for the console for cryoablation procedures (Appendix No 2 to the SWZ), which form an integral part of the SWZ. 3. The console for cryoablation procedures offered as part of the loan must meet the requirements specified in applicable provisions of law as well as the technical, functional and quality requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. 4.
