TENDER DESCRIPTION

DELIVERY OF IMPLANTS FOR THE CENTRAL OPERATING THEATRE AT THE INDEPENDENT PUBLIC HEALTH CARE FACILITY (SP ZOZ) IN ŁĘCZNA The subject of the contract is the supply of accessories for orthopedic procedures—orthopedic implants—within up to 24 hours from the submission of the order, and the provision of instrumentation for the Central Operating Theatre to the hospital in Łęczna. At the Contracting Authority’s registered office, an accessories bank for orthopedic procedures—implants that are the subject of this contract—will be established; it will be the Supplier’s property and will be successively replenished by the Supplier. The subject of the contract has been described in detail and itemized in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. CPV code: 33183100-7 – Orthopedic implants. Under the gross value of the contract, the Supplier is obliged to train 10 doctors and 10 nurses in the scope necessary to acquire the appropriate knowledge and qualifications, within the time and dates indicated by the Contracting Authority during the term of this contract.
