TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply, installation and configuration of an archiving and backup system based on an Enterprise-class tape library together with an LTO-10 drive, the required software licences, and a set of 100 tape media. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes in particular: 1) delivery and commissioning of an automatic Enterprise-class tape library together with an LTO-10 drive and the required equipment, hereinafter jointly referred to as “equipment”, subject to the proviso that the equipment shall be delivered once to the Contracting Authority’s registered office: ul. Puławska 17, 02-515 Warszawa (level 2), on the Contracting Authority’s working days and hours, i.e. from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory public holidays, between 7:30 and 15:30, after prior arrangement with an authorised representative of the Contracting Authority; 2) delivery of additional Veeam Backup & Replication licences; the Contracting Authority permits delivery of the licences in electronic form, subject to the proviso that together with the licence delivery the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with licence keys, licence files, activation codes…
