TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 unit of an ultrasound (USG) machine with echocardiography function and 1 unit of an ultrasound (USG) machine, hereinafter referred to as the “equipment”. 2. The description of the subject of the contract is included in the form “Required Parameters” (Appendix 2 to the SWZ, also referred to hereinafter as “FPW”); this form must be submitted without fail together with the tender form (Appendix 1 to the SWZ, also referred to hereinafter as “TF”). 1.
