TENDER DESCRIPTION

3.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of 2 storage arrays together with software for the expansion of the MRPiPS data processing centres. 3.2. Detailed information regarding the description of the subject matter, scope and conditions for the performance of the subject matter are specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions (DCP) constituting Appendix No 2 to the ToR together with the appendices, in particular the Technical Specification constituting Appendix No 1 to the DCP. 3.3. Pursuant to Article 16b(2) of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that the offered switches originating from third countries that are not parties to the WTO Government Procurement Agreement (GPA), nor other international agreements guaranteeing access to the public procurement market on the basis of reciprocity and equality, where the European Union is a party, are not permitted in this procedure. 3.1.
