TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply, installation at the place of use, commissioning, and handover for use of an RTG apparatus for the purposes of implementing the project – Modernisation and expansion of AOS activities along with the purchase of medical equipment and commissioning of the POZ at the Children’s Hospital Polanki named after Maciej Płażyński in Gdańsk sp. z o.o. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the OPZ (Appendix No 2 to the SWZ), in the detailed description of parameters (Appendix No 3 to the SWZ) and in the contract template (Appendix No 4 to the SWZ). Contract performance deadline: by 31 December 2026. The procedure is conducted in the Polish language.
