TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of two brand new, unused, not ex-display, professional trumpets in the key of C, each with a dedicated professional mouthpiece and case. The subject of the contract also includes delivery of the musical instruments to the contracting authority’s premises at ul. św. Tomasza 43 in Krakow, including carrying them in and preparing for use/acceptance, including assembly, calibration, tuning, handing over complete manufacturer documentation and granting a warranty for a period of not less than 24 months and the corresponding period of liability for defects. A detailed description of the subject of the contract along with the required minimum parameters and technical and functional requirements is provided in Annex 1A to the Terms of Reference (TOR) - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ). The conditions and method of contract execution are set out in the draft contract provisions contained in Annex 2 to the TOR (hereinafter also referred to as the "Draft Agreement" or "DA").
