TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply of musical instruments for the needs of military orchestras, divided into 14 (fourteen) contract parts. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 37312100-9 Trumpets; 37312700-5 Sackshorns; 37314100-3 Clarinets; 37312400-2 Saxophones; 37312000-8 Brass instruments; 37312600-4 Horns; 37312200-0 Trombones; 37316000-6 Percussion instruments; 37314320-1 Flutes; 37313300-8 Guitars; 37313000-5 String instruments; 37315100-0 Synthesizers; 37316000-6 Percussion instruments; 37312700-5 Sackshorns. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annexes No 1, 1.1 - 1.14, and No 4 to the SWZ, i.e.: the Tender Form together with the assortment-and-price specification and the Draft provisions of the contract. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders, each of which will be assessed separately by the Contracting Authority, according to the rules described in the SWZ.
