TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of disposable medical products - part no. 1 - Plaster bandages. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract including information on assortment, quantity, and requirements has been specified in the Annex to the Terms of Reference - Assortment and Price Form constituting its integral part. 3. The subject of the contract will be delivered at the Contractor's cost, risk, and transport. 4. The place of delivery is the Ordering Party's headquarters. 5. Conditions for the performance of the Subject of the Contract have also been included in the Draft Contract Provisions attached to the Terms of Reference. 6.
