TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of fibre optic cables for the expansion of the TASK network 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of fibre optic cables for the expansion of the TASK network. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 4 to the SWZ. 3. The contract also includes transport of the subject matter of the contract together with insurance along the entire route, unloading, and bringing the subject matter of the contract to the designated place within the Gdańsk University of Technology campus. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the basis of the rules and conditions described in the draft contract constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ.5. The Contractor is obliged to clearly specify the offered product, characterising it by indicating in the material-and-price form, which is an annex to the SWZ No 1, the type, model, manufacturer’s name, or other information enabling identification of the offered subject matter of the contract.
