TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. The subject of the contract is the delivery of cardiomonitors and the monitoring central unit with integration. A detailed description and method of contract implementation are provided in the assortment and price table annex no. 2 to the TERMS OF REFERENCE (TOR) and the description of the subject of the contract ("OPZ") annex no. 3 to the TOR as well as the contract template annex no. 5 to the TOR. II. The Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids. The devices are necessary for monitoring the vital parameters of newborns and must be fully compatible with the monitoring centrals as well as with the hospital system (HIS) owned by the Contracting Authority. Moreover, the absence of division of the contract into parts contributes to improving supervision over the execution of deliveries, equipment distribution, and minimizes disturbances in the work of the medical unit, which is particularly important when performing the contract in an active hospital facility.
