TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of cartridges, reagents, standard red blood cells and consumables for performing tests in the field of transfusion immunology for the Transfusion Immunology Laboratory at the Blood Bank of the Oncology Centre in Bydgoszcz for a period of 36 months, in accordance with the price form, constituting Appendix No. 3, the limit conditions constituting Appendix No. 9, and the contract template constituting Appendix No. 4 to this specification of terms of the contract.
