TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a grain combine harvester for ZSCKR Sędziejowice as part of the project entitled: “Increasing the school’s potential in Sędziejowice.” 4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the list of the minimum required technical and functional parameters of the combine harvester, has been indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract. 4.3. The Contracting Authority does not divide the contract into parts. 4.1.
