TENDER DESCRIPTION

DELIVERY OF LAPTOP COMPUTERS AND A SUBSCRIPTION TO AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM 4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 units of portable computers (laptops) and subscriptions to an advanced generative artificial intelligence platform provided as a cloud service (SaaS), as described in detail in the Commodity Specification constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, in quantities specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.2. The offered products must be brand new, unused, with legally installed manufacturer’s factory software, compliant with the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 4.3. The devices must be complete, without the need for the Contracting Authority to purchase any additional elements. 4.3.1. The Contracting Authority requires that all components of the offered computer equipment be built into the devices internally, unless the Contracting Authority clearly indicates in the Commodity Specification (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ) that it requires delivery of components that are not integrated. 4.4.
