TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of a console for controlling the lighting of the Auditorium Hall of the Municipal Cultural Centre in Police 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a lighting control console for the Auditorium Hall of the Municipal Cultural Centre in Police. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ constituting the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ). 3. The subject of the contract shall include in particular: • purchase and delivery of a lighting control console for the MOK Auditorium Hall in Police, • transport at the Contractor’s cost and risk, • packing, unloading, carrying in to the delivery location indicated by the Contracting Authority, • ensuring that the Contracting Authority is provided with legal-rights-free licenses in respect of those elements of the EQUIPMENT which, pursuant to the provisions of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, require the software/other console-dedicated programmes specified there.
