Supply of container-based social and sanitary facilities in Włodzimierzów at plot no. 392/12, obr. Włodzimierzów 3.1 The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and installation of social and sanitary facilities on previously prepared by the Contracting Authority foundations/foundation slab and to connection points. The contract is carried out as part of the investment project entitled “Construction of container-based social and sanitary facilities in Włodzimierzów together with the necessary social infrastructure on plot no. 392/12”. 3.2 The task is intended to be carried out on the area of the plot on which there are sports fields for football, basketball and volleyball, as well as for beach volleyball, together with lighting, small-scale architecture and paving of pedestrian paths. 3.3 For the purposes of this contract, the Contracting Authority has prepared the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ). 3.4 The Contractor shall be obliged to present to the Contracting Authority for approval within 7 days from the date of signing the agreement a layout scheme of the rooms together with the associated floor area. 3.5 Workshop…
